VISIONAPARTMENTS has acquired the former Ramada Majestic Hotel Bucharest, located on Calea Victoriei, an iconic area of the capital, strengthening its international expansion plans. The property, built in 1920, features 111 rooms, 450 m² of event space (6 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 300 people), a gym, a spa area with a pool, a jacuzzi, a bar, a restaurant, and a business center. The hotel is ideal for both tourists and business travelers due to its central location, with close proximity to Bucharest's main tourist and commercial attractions. The transaction was facilitated by Ernst & Young Romania, along with the involved law firms.
